What do I do if the package is damaged?

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Each order will be mailed according to your shipping preference.  Most orders will be fulfilled within 3-7 business days.
